We can place limits on the amount you are able to risk or lose.


If you wish to add a Risk or Loss limit to your Pinnacle account, you must send your request to our Customer Service Department, including the Risk/Loss limit amount and the time frame (i.e. frequency) for this limit. Please note that these limits will be recurring, meaning that they will be auto-renewed after the set period of time.


Please note that due to technical limitations on our website, if you opt to use the Risk or Loss limit feature you will only be able to place wagers on Propositions using the Beta or Future View of our website. Teasers will only be available to you if you are using the Future View of our website.


Should you wish to remove this limit, there is a mandatory 24 hour cooling off period from when the request is submitted for the restriction to be lifted. We cannot override this feature or make exceptions. This waiting period also applies should you wish to increase your risk or loss limit.


At present the wager and loss limit restriction does not apply to Casino activity. Should you wish to have your Casino access blocked please advise us and we will do so.
