This is to inform you that your wager with Ticket Number XXXXXXX on XXXXXXXX was graded as a winner in error. Your wager has now been graded properly, however, the wager(s) ticket number(s)  XXXXXX on XXXXXXXX was placed using funds incorrectly added to your account.  


As stated in point 5.9 of our Terms and Conditions: 


If any amount is mistakenly credited to your Account it remains our property and when we become aware of any such mistake, we shall notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account.


All accounts at Pinnacle must maintain a positive balance at all times. Since this wager places your account into a negative balance, we have cancelled and/or reduced the pending wager(s) necessary to bring your account to zero.
