As a responsible gaming operator, it is our duty of care to make sure our players are playing responsibly, safely and within their limits. With Session limits, you can be in control of how much time you spend online by imposing a time limit.
In order to move forward with your request, we have a procedure in place whereby you have to clarify the longevity of the time frame. Session limit can be set for;
A. Daily
B. Weekly
C. Monthly
Please note that this limit will be recurring, meaning that it will be auto-renewed after the set period of time. Additionally, should you wish to remove this limit, there is a mandatory cooling off period of 72 hours from when the request is submitted for the restriction to be lifted. We cannot override this feature or make any exceptions. This waiting period also applies should you wish to increase your session limit.
With a Session limit in place, you will be automatically logged out of your account when the limit is reached. For example, when you set a time limit of 15 hours per week and have already been logged in for 15 hours, you will be logged out and you will not be allowed to login again until the period resets. Please note that if you close your browser without logging out of your account your session will remain active and the time remaining will be reduced accordingly.
