Should you wish to increase this limit, there is a mandatory cooling off period of 72 hours from when the request is submitted for the new limit to applied. If you wish to decrease your limit instead, it will take effect immediately.
Please note that you can now set deposit limits to your Pinnacle account yourself from within the Future view of our Pinnacle website.
To do this, you must first log in to the site. Once logged in, please click on your client ID and then on “My Account”. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the options under “Responsible Gaming”.
