If you wish to add a Risk or Loss limit to your Pinnacle account, you must send your request to our Customer Service Department, including the Risk/Loss limit amount and the time frame (i.e. frequency) for this limit. Please note that these limits will be recurring, meaning that they will be auto-renewed after the set period of time.
Should you wish to remove this limit, there is also a mandatory cooling off period of 72 hours from when the request is submitted for the restriction to be lifted. We cannot override this feature or make any exceptions. This waiting period also applies should you wish to increase your Risk or Loss limit.
For Loss limits, please take into account that winnings derived from wagers graded within the restriction period will count towards your maximum Loss limit for the said period. Winnings will be added to your Loss limit maximum amount. For example, if your maximum Loss limit per week is 10 SEK and you win 30 SEK this same week, your total Loss limit will increase to 40 SEK.
