If you are having an issue accessing your Neteller account, we encourage you to contact them directly as we are not able to assist with this issue. Neteller has advised us that there are two primary causes of this kind of issues:


•Customers may be entering their Secure ID instead of their password

•Customers may be using incorrectly saved information of their browser (you may have your Secure ID saved in the browser)
