We will be able to accept any of the below documents as proof of residential address.

Kindly note that proof of address must have been issued within the last 2 months and must show your name and address as they appear in your registered account.

For the security of our clients and Pinnacle, we only accept scanned documents uploaded from the website, which will be stored on a secure file server using industry standard encryption. Documents provided via email attachments will be deleted.


Pinnacle reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for any account until the required documentation is received.


Once the required documentation is received and verified, your account accesses will be reinstated.
