Due to operational impact submitted Live Bets for some games may experience delay in processing.
LIVE BET - CLASSIC VIEW:
Once a bet is submitted, the wager will go through a processing time during which the bet status will be “waiting”. The following message will be displayed on the bet slip: Processing Live Bet. ONLY accepted bets will be displayed and can be reviewed under "My Account"
To check if your bet was accepted or not, you must click on “Check Bets”. If your bet was accepted, it will show in the pending bets list with the wager status “pending”. If it was not accepted, the wager will NOT show in the pending bet list.
However, if you go to Account History - Pending Bets List while the bet is still processing, you will see the bet with the status “waiting”. The status will update to pending if it is accepted or the wager will disappear from this list if it is not accepted.
Please also note that the risk amount will be deducted from your balance during the processing time. It will be returned if the wager is not accepted.
LIVE BET - ASIAN VIEW:
Once a bet is submitted, the wager will go through a processing time. You will see the following message: Processing Live Bet. After the processing time, a message will show saying that the bet was either accepted or not accepted.
If the bet was accepted, it will show in the “Bet List Full” with the wager status “pending”. If it was not accepted, the wager will NOT show in the “Bet List Full” section.
LIVE BET - BETA VIEW:
Once a bet is submitted, the wager will go through a processing time. You will see the following message on the Bet Slip: “Processing Live Bet”. After the processing time, you will see a message on the Bet Slip saying that the bet was either accepted or not accepted.
If the bet was accepted, you will see it in the “Open Bets” section on the Bet Slip with the wager status “pending”. If it was not accepted, you will NOT see it in the “Open Bets” section.
