Pinnacle customers are covered by two Gaming Licenses – a Curacao Gaming License and a Malta Gaming License.
When you register for a Pinnacle player account you are advised which regulatory authority jurisdiction your account is registered in.
To check to see which license you are covered under, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen once you are logged in, and it will identify the regulatory authority for your account.
