How your Hockey wager
is graded depends on what option you select when placing your wager.
Under NHL Hockey there are two options, NHL Regulation time and NHL OT
included. If you select NHL OT included, then overtime is included in the
grading of your wager. If you select the option NHL Regulation time only,
then overtime/penalty shootout is not included in your wager.
We also include on the Hockey betting pages the information that hockey games will be graded on the results of regulation time only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the line offering.
If a line
includes overtime, it will be clearly stated in the bet offering and clearly
written on the ticket. Penalty Shootouts are expressly considered part of
overtime. If a penalty shootout occurs, the winning team is credited with
an extra goal.
