This is a proposition used in Las Vegas and other sports books.
This proposition does not ask whether either team will score on 3 or more consecutive possessions. The proposition asks whether either team will have three consecutive unanswered scores.
For instance, the Packers score two consecutive times, then the Panthers score. Therefore, the Packers did not score three consecutive times. The Panthers score interrupted the Packers consecutive scoring string.
Extra points and 2-point conversions do not count.
