For quarter wagering you should think of each quarter as a separate game. There is a point spread and total for that particular "Game" (Quarter).
The results are graded based on the scoring in that quarter only. This includes the 4th quarter, where any overtime scoring is not included in the grading.
There are lines available before the game starts and on Marquee games, meaning Monday, Thursday or Sunday night stand-alone games, we often offer Quarter wagering between the first and second quarter and the third and fourth quarter.
