Please note that bank wire withdrawals are sent to the bank for processing the next business day (Monday to Friday) except during holiday periods.
Once received by the bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to arrive.
International banking regulations may delay bank wires of greater than €7,000 or the equivalent amount in your currency. These transactions may take longer to arrive.
If you do not receive your bank wire within these time frames, please contact us and we will launch an investigation as to the cause of the delay.
