As a responsible gaming operator, it is our duty of care to make sure our players are playing responsibly, safely and within their limits.


In order to move forward with your request, we have a procedure in place whereby you have to clarify the longevity of the time frame. Risk Limits can be set for;


A. Daily

B. Weekly

C. Monthly


Please note that this limit will be recurring, meaning that it will be auto-renewed after the set period of time. Additionally, should you wish to remove this limit, there is a mandatory cooling off period of 72 hours from when the request is submitted for the restriction to be lifted. We cannot override this feature or make any exceptions. This waiting period also applies should you wish to increase your risk limit.
