An example of the difference in the lines and prices is below.
The standard handicap lines for the New York Islanders might be +1.5 -174 and for the Toronto Maple Leafs -1.5 +157.
However, using the "NHL OT Included Alternates Hockey", the lines for the favourite/underdog are reversed.
In this example, the New York Islanders are switched from +1.5 -174 to -1.5 +461 and the Toronto Maple Leafs are switched from -1.5 +157 to +1.5 -550.
