If the compatibility view is not working, please follow the next steps:


Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons).


If the issue is solved, you can check with your local computer specialist how to find out which add-on is causing the issue.

If the issue is not solved, try the following steps:


1.Delete your browser history: 

  1. Start IE
  2. Press Alt to show the menu bar
  3. On the Tools menu, click Internet options
  4. Under Browsing history, click Delete 
  5. Select all the check boxes, and then click Delete
  6. restart IE.


2.Try resetting IE:

  1. Start IE
  2. Press Alt to show the menu bar
  3. On the Tools menu, click Internet options
  4. Advance>Reset>restart IE.
