Since Soccer is such a fast-paced game, the determination of danger zones requires split-second judgment for which we employ the fastest available data feeds to report as accurately as possible the flow of action.

In the interest of fairness to customers, danger zones are determined by a team who are completely separate from our trading department and without any knowledge of wagers taken.

This approach ensures that, to the best of our abilities, danger zones are both fair and accurate, but unfortunately it isn’t always possible to reflect the exact split second that the ball enters/leaves the zone or the exact moment possession changes.

In the rare circumstances where there is a dispute, we are unable to revise the duration of our danger zones, except where we determine a clear and unambiguous error has occurred.
