To request a bank wire withdrawal, please sign into your Pinnacle account and select the Deposit/Withdrawal menu option in the section headed "Choose a Withdrawal Method" and click on the Bank Transfer icon.
Complete the form and your request will be submitted for processing. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Bank wire transfers are sent to the bank the next day (Monday to Friday) except during holiday periods. Once received by the bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for bank wires to arrive.
Please also note that international banking regulations may delay bank wires of greater than EURO €7,000 or the equivalent amount in your currency.
Clients are entitled to one free withdrawal per month. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for bank wires the fee is €20, or the equivalent in your account currency.
