Pinnacle recommends bank wire deposits to be sent to the bank(s) listed in the Bank Transfer option of the deposit tab of your Deposit/Withdraw section.
To make a bank wire deposit, please make sure you include your Unique Reference number. The Unique Reference number is an identifier used for all bank transfers to Pinnacle. Your Unique Reference number can be found using the Deposit/Withdraw menu option. From the deposit tab, select the Bank Transfer icon.

Please keep in mind that in compliance with international banking regulations, all customers using Bank Wire as a deposit option must have submitted proof of ID and address prior to any transactions being processed.
Once your deposit is complete, please return to your Pinnacle account and use the same Bank Transfer option to report your bank wire transfer.
Once your bank wire is confirmed and added, we will send you a confirmation to your registered email address.
