In compliance with international banking regulations, all customers using Bank Wire as a deposit option must have submitted proof of ID and address prior to any transactions being processed.


To avoid delays in the crediting of your deposit, please log into your Pinnacle account and use the Deposit/Withdrawal menu option. Select the bank transfer icon in the Deposit section of the page and follow the instructions on the screen to report your wire transfer deposit. 


Please do not email this information to our Customer Service Department. However, please note that if you provide a scanned copy of your bank wire receipt this may expedite the processing of your deposit.

When your wire is reported a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Bank wires normally take 5 banking days to be credited to your Pinnacle account. When the bank wire is received, the funds will be credited to your Pinnacle account and you will be advised by email.
